- Sample/Gimmicks: If you are promoting the product for the first time then give samples to the audience or by giving prizes to the volunteer who participated in any of the activity. But one has to be careful and has to maintain control. By providing samples your product will also be promoted and audience will also appreciate it. If they use the product and find it good they will also recommend to others so sample distribution is also beneficial for the presentation.
- Movement: Try to move around the conference table and leave the lectern area especially at the beginning and end of your talk. By moving around you will avoid presentation becoming boring and constant so keep moving around the tables and ask questions to them that will increase the attraction of audience towards the presentation.
- Drama: One your speech by telling a moving story or by describing a serious problem which involves audience in the story. Throughout your talk include dramatic elements like long pause after a key statement. Moreover, change your vocal tone or pitch. Further, professionals use high intensity emotions such as anger, joy, sadness and excitement.

listener thinking. As a result, you will come to know how much audience pay
attention to your presentation. This is the good trick to know that whether the

audience to volunteer in demonstration. For example, I’m going to show you how
this product will work but for that I will need one volunteer to help me in
demonstration. Always ask for the audience help in the presentation to demonstrate
in the presentation this will increase audience potential and will be easy to
convince.

One should consider several things in mind while presenting and as per me following are the things that should be considered.
To give a better
presentation it is necessary that you do have your self interest in your presentation
because if you are not interested in your presentation than how can you attract
the audience in your presentation? Therefore its necessary to have self
interest in your presentation to make your presentation attractive, informative
and easy to absorb for the audience. To make your presentation better you need
to improve your visual presentation with attractive fonts and colours and
attractive transition effects in your presentation. Avoid using bright colours and making your presentation
too loud as a professional presentation is always simple, easy to absorb and
effective.
After completing the
presentation you need to present it in an attractive manner
which includes your dress up, communicating
with the audience and the tone that you use while
presenting, it should
not be rude. You should demonstrate yourself in attractive manner and you should
always keep an eye on audience, they are not distracted from your presentation
and for that you should keep on asking questions in between of the
presentation. You should always maintain an eye contact with the audience that
represents your confidence while presenting. While presenting you should not
remain steady at one place and give your presentation but should keep on
walking or moving around.
